To kick off the scary season Wednesday night the Wex in Cadillac held their Spooktacular Skate where monsters of all ages were invited to skate alongside such characters as Olaf the Snowman.
The inclement weather didn’t prevent participants from turning out and having a good time on the ice.
There was many spooky decorations to help build the scary atmosphere of the night.
Brynn Givens of the Wex said it’s all about the community.
The Wex has held similar events in the past, including a Santa skate last year.
