You don't need a $1,500 smoker to make a deliciously smoked pork shoulder. If you have a weber kettle grill, you can smoke meat on it easily.
Total cook time is around 8 hours, with about an hour and a half of prep and another 30 minutes after cooking to let the meat rest.
