The Summit pays special attention to the de-occupation and reintegration of the Crimean peninsula as a mandatory element of the Ukrainian Peace Formula, the success of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine in the Black Sea, as well as the human rights situation in occupied Crimea and the importance of releasing civilian hostages.
