Here’s my go to pre workout meal recipe for some delicious peanut butter and chocolate brownie protein oats, ready in under 3 minutes! All you need is the following:
-3/4 Cup Oats
-1 Cup Almond Milk
-1 Tbsp Peanut butter Powder (PB2)
-1 Tsp Ground cinnamon
-1 Whole banana
-1/2 scoop protein powder
Total Macros:
-25g protein
-72g carb
-7g fat
-450 calories
