Today we're making diner food on the griddle with all of your favorite diner classic menu items - griddle patty melts, french fries, and of course, homemade chocolate milkshakes (not made on the flat top grill!).

Steak 'n Shake, watch out! We'll start off by throwing some frozen french fries on the griddle, and I'll show you some tips for getting them perfectly crispy. Then, we're making half pound patty melt burger for all of my thick griddle burger lovers out there. And for dessert, we're doing rich chocolate milkshakes my way, made with chocolate ice cream, chocolate milk, and a bit of cocoa powder.
