ingredients
For bati :
2 cup - wheat flour
1/4 cup - sooji (semolina)
pinch of soda
salt to taste
1ts - carom seeds
1/4c - oil
fennel seeds (optional)
warm water

For dal:
1/2c - yellow moong dal
2tb - green moong dal
2tb - chana dal
2tb - toor dal
2tb - pure ghee
2 - tomatoes
1ts - jeera
1/4ts - Asafatida
2 - green chilli
1-1/2tb - red chilli powder
1tb - kashmiri red chilli
salt to taste
coriander leaves
water as needed
turmeric powder
2 - onions (if you wish)
6-7 - garlic

For chutney :
10-15 - dry red chilli
1 - tomato
7-8 - garlic (if you wish)
1ts - kashmiri red Chilli
salt to taste
1tb - oil

Try out this Recipe guys.Its very Easy and Simple to make.
