How to make ghee from butter
Ingredients
Butter 2 lbs
Instructions
1. Heat butter in a pan over medium high heat. The butter will start to separate.
2. Now you’ll see milk solids starts to fall down at the bottom of the pan. Watch carefully you don’t want to burn the solids!
3. Continue to simmer until you end up with a clear liquid.
4. Now strain the finished ghee into a glass container. You can store it at room temperature for several weeks . It will solidify as it cools 👍🏻
