This video with Dr. Dick Hutto, retired ecology professor with the University of Montana, was filmed on a one-year-old burned site near Lolo, MT. This was the first stop during the Blue Mountain Fire Effects field trip held during the 2014 Large Wildland Fires Conference. The video highlights plant and animal responses to the severe fire.
