On July 7 and 8 heavy rains caused a flood that took over Shandong and Henan provinces.Many people were already dead and missing but still the flood was still affecting the provinces.A bridge collapses and three Gorges Dam were broken in the last couple days.Initially, the outflow rate was set at 27000 cubic meters per second and gradually increased to 31000 cubic meters per second.
