For all my fitfam who still want to have your favourite Nigerian soup..
Ingredients
Stock water from boiling cow leg and shaki
Blended 1 red bell peppers, 1 red onion and 4 red chill (if you want it to be really red, add more red bell peppers)
Iru/locust beans
Dried prawns
Crayfish
Fresh mackerel fish
Egusi/melon seeds
Diced boiled beef
Smoked salmon (or normal smoked fish)
Diced boiled cow leg and shaki
Spinach
Served with oat poundo
NOTE- I didn't add salt or knorr cube. I'm trying to reduce my intake. The smoked salmon and beef already has a nice taste which is what I depended on as my "spice"
