In this conversation, Spiritual Teacher and author, Gautam Sachdeva, speaks about the attitude to life events that spiritual devotees exhibit and live with. The only Free Will we have is how we accept whatever life gives us. Our attitude to life events determines whether we will suffer that extra load of the ego - the additional psychological suffering.
Gautam also talks about the importance of acceptance of life as is, instead of resisting it, as this resistance turns the simple imprisonment of life into a rigorous one, with the suffering created by the ego. To conclude the talk, he mentions how one can change their attitude in life from a pessimistic one, to one of acceptance and complete surrender.
The right use of Free Will would be to accept whatever life bestows upon us calmly, with the total understanding that Baba knows what is best for our Highest good.
