Boris Johnson's keynote speech at the 2021 Conservative Party Conference was peppered with gags.
The Prime Minister referenced the video which surfaced on social media of Michael Gove dancing at a nightclub in Scotland, calling him 'Jon Bon Govi'.
When highlighting the Home Secretary's tough stance on Insulate Britain protests which have disrupted motorways, Mr Johnson said the Conservatives would "insulate them snuggly in prison".
