BLINIS WITH SMOKED SALMON AND DILL
Makes 24-30
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g)
1 tsp baking powder (6 g)
3/4 tsp salt (4 g)
2 eggs
1 cup of milk (240 ml)
4 tbsp melted butter (60 ml)
8 oz smoked salmon (230 g)
1 cup of sour cream or creme fraiche (240 ml)
1 tbsp lemon zest (10 g)
bunch of fresh dill
Method:
Combine dry ingredients and whisk together.
Combine egg and milk and whisk together. Combine the wet into the dry until combined.
Top with smoked salmon, dollop of sour cream, lemon zest, and fresh dill.
