Car swept away by flash flooding in Ruidoso, New Mexico.
The creator of the video posted this on social media. "Heavy rain over both the Salt Fire and South Fork has created serious and life threatening flooding. All fireline personnel from both incidents are safe and accounted for. Multiple water rescues of civilians have taken place throughout the Ruidoso area."
