Growing up on the third floor of a Tokyo apartment building, halfway across the globe from the skateboarding mecca of Los Angeles, Yuto Horigome quickly built himself up as one of the best street skateboarders in Japan. Not satisfied, he moved to Los Angeles as a teen all by himself to chase his dream of becoming the best in the world. But little did he know he would prove it not in the US, but back in his home country... at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games.
