00:31 labor and delivery room tour
01:21 Step 1- Cervix Ripening
02:48 Step 2- Pitocin
05:07 Step 3 Getting my Epidural & Amniotomy
08:14 fully dilated! Pushing time!
08:55 The baby is here!
