Improved hinge design
Lightweight and thin
Improves usability of iPad mini
Doesn't obscure the iPad min's design
Easy to remove and attach

Cons:
Expensive
Tri-fold design is less stable than the cover on the full-size iPad
Doesn't provide much protection
