Today we're making some awesome Dungeness Crab Rolls!!!--
Crab Roles are an amazing way to throw a quick lunch together with out having to do to much but still have a pretty impressive classy lunch. Crab and the northwest go hand and claw, and we love showing off local ingredients whenever we get a chance.
These crab roles are a classic east coast style recipe, usually made with Lobster or Blue Crab but we think the Dungeness really takes it over the top. Super easy to prepare and with how abundant crab is right now we had to share...

All of these quantities are estimated and you could get away with swinging things a little in either direction based on preference...

A nice crunchy but soft bun is crucial when making crab or lobster rolls
About:
2 cups fresh cracked Dungeness crab
3/4 cup of cut celery and red onion
3/4 cup of Mayo
a few sprigs of fresh Dill
Some Salt and Black Pepper
1-2 large pieces of lettuce

and some basic kitchen tools..., and that's pretty much it....
