This morning we attended to a reported leaking bathroom and ensuite showers in Caboolture.
This was as a result of a termite inspection identified higher moisture levels in the wardrobe adjacent to the shower. A section of plaster was removed prior to our attendance.
We conducted a series of tests which confirmed both shower bases were leaking.
We completed a detailed report including images and videos back to our client with rectification options
