This is day 5 of the 7 DAY BUILD & BURN CHALLENGE! The perfect chest, shoulder & tricep workout for women or men. This is a follow along 30 MINUTE DUMBBELL UPPER BODY WORKOUT. That will target your chest, triceps, and shoulders. This will help you become stronger, build lean muscle, burn energy for hours after completing, and basically leave you feeling awesome!!
The timer will be :40 seconds ON :20 secs OFF
I will be using 10lb dumbbells.
If you have lighter weights than you would prefer, simply perform more reps than me and at a slightly faster pace.
