Cornell Cooperative Extension and Buffalo Go Green hosted this workshop on collaborative approaches to farming. Farm operators, Greg Putney (Rise'N'Swine Farm) and Michael Parkot (Always Something Farm) discussed their collaboration to build a meat processing facility. Andrew Delmonte (Cooperation Buffalo) gave an overview of cooperatives with a focus on worker-owned cooperatives. Ian McSweeny (Agrarian Trust) explained Agrarian Commons, a way for communities to own and steward land.
