Ingredients
Crust:
3.5 oz (100 g) nuts or seeds of choice
1 1/2 cups (135 g) oats (gluten-free if needed)
A pinch of salt (optional)
7 oz (200 g) dates (pitted)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream:
1 cup (180 g) dairy-free chocolate chips
1/4 cup (85 g) maple syrup or any other liquid sweetener
8.5 oz (240 g) ripe avocado (approx. 2 small ones, peeled and cored)
1 cup (220 g) cooked mashed sweet potato (peeled)
3 tbsp cocoa powder
Chocolate drizzle (optional):
1/2 cup (90 g) dairy-free chocolate chips
