1 ½ lb shrimp
2- 3 corn on the cob
1 lb baby potatoes
2-3 sausages
1 onion, chopped
½ cup butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 lemon
1. Chop corn on the cob into smaller pieces and the sausages and onion.
2. Add potatoes and chopped corn on the cob to a pot. Add water to cover and bring to a boil for 10 minutes or until the potato is cooked through. Drain through a strainer.
3. Peel and clean the shrimp.
4. Add the corn, potato, onion, sausage and shrimp to a large bowl.
5. Melt the butter and add to the bowl along with minced garlic cloves, chopped parsley and Old Bay seasoning. Season with a little salt and pepper as well.
6. Toss everything together until the seasonings and butter is well incorporated.
7. Take out 4-5 large pieces of tin foil and add a handful of everything to the middle along with a lemon wedge.
8. Fold each foil pack up making sure it's completely sealed with no holes.
9. Bake in the oven at 425°F for 15-20 minutes, just until the shrimp is cooked through.
10. Serve right in the foil pack, add extra parsley for garnish. Enjoy!
