Cannabis usage in the Netherlands increased over time. The peak year of cannabis usage in the Netherlands was 2015, when nearly nine percent of the respondents indicated having used cannabis in the preceding year.
Corresponding to Statista 2022, in Amsterdam 2% of people smoke weed daily, 5% monthly and just less than 8% early.
