Two men are in custody in the Houston area, accused of killing 12-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray. Former FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer tells “NewsNation Prime” the suspects, illegal immigrants, will not be deported, but instead face the U.S. justice system.
