DEVILED EGG CUPCAKES - THE PERFECT APPETIZER!
Ingredients:
- 6 Large Eggs
- 1/4 LB Ground Sausage
- Mayo 2 TBSP
- Mustard 1 TBSP
- Paprika (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Chopped Green Onions (to taste)
Instructions:
1. Pre heat oven to 300 degrees
2. Cook the ground Sausage
3. Separate Egg Yolks from Egg Whites (Do not burst the yolks, so that everything cooks evenly)
4. Put 1 Egg Yolk each in mini muffin tin
5. Fill Egg Whites half full in each mini muffin tin
6. Place muffin tin on a baking sheet (with room to fill pan with HOT WATER)
7. Pour Hot Water into the baking sheet (This will help with steaming the eggs while in the oven)
8. Cover the pan with foil
9. Bake at 300 F for 13 minuets
10. When you take the pan out of the oven allow the eggs to finish cooking by leaving it on a heat safe surface and leave covered for 5 mins.
11. Remove cooked egg yolks from the pan and mash together with Mayo, Mustard, Salt, Pepper & Paprika
12. Put egg yolk mixture in a piping bag and pipe on top of cooked egg whites
13. Sprinkle paprika on top of Deviled Egg Cup Cake
14. Sprinkle chopped Green Onion to finish.
