how to prepare kosambari
Ingredients :
Cucumber - 1
Moong Dal - 1/2 cup
Green Chilly - 2
Curry Leaf - 2 to 3 Strands
Freshly Grated Coconut - 1/4 Cup
Oil - 2 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 tSP ( as per taste )
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp ( optional )
Coriander leaves
My grandma usually skip pepper powder and just sprinkle salt & pepper mixture little .
