Today we're installing a DRO Pros EL400 magnetic DRO kit on the Grizzly G0602 benchtop lathe. Installing a DRO on a small lathe can be very challenging, but I have an elegant solution that I think is going to work. It will require machining the saddle and apron and modifying the scales, but it should be well worth it in the end.

And it had better be, because in the process, I had an accident and destroyed a $50 end mill. By being dumb.
