President Obama, accompanied by First Lady Michelle Obama and their two daughters, arrive aboard Air Force One at the Cape Canaveral AFS near NASA’s Kennedy Space Center at approximately 2 p.m. EDT on Friday, Apr. 29. The First Family then boarded the Marine One helicopter which took them to the Orbiter Processing Facility for a tour. Their arrival comes despite Friday’s scrubbed launch of STS-134, around which the president’s visit had originally been planned.
