Yoga as it is - is a series I intend to make to share the understanding of all different aspects of Yoga. Asana, Pranayama, Bhakti yoga,Karma yoga,Jnana yoga and so on.
How yoga can be integrated into our lifestyle is been a question to many of us. This series is to explore yoga practice as a lifestyle! How one step a day can change our life upside down in less than a year?
I have personally experienced the effects of yoga in body,breath,mind and intellect slowly tapping my way towards my self. So I ll share little I know to inspire myself and in anyway inspire few more along the path.
