As y'all know, i don't have the best equipment- but we make do, don't we ?! So check it out, the key to enjoying this video is gonna be listening only to the parts between movements lol Because anytime I am moving around a whole bunch- for example, during the porch steps cardio- the sound is really quite awful... HOWEVER, as soon as i sit down, you can hear my heart just thumpin' away- and it is only slowed when I chug my water!!
Also, the bra I had on interfered a little with sound, too :/ but i hope you enjoy this anyway !! Three settings changes for you: from outdoors, on the back porch- to in the kitchen to refill my water and eat a snack cake- to chillin in my bed !
