This is a video where I show off the Shun Classic 3 Piece Knife Set and not only go over what is included but explain what makes the Shun Classic the knife that it is!

Essentially, the Shun Classic is the "foundation" or "go-to" of the Shun line. It uses VG-MAX Steel (~61 Hardness) sharpened to a 16 degree angle. On top of that, it has 34 layers of steel folded on each side (68 layers total!), giving it a beautiful damascus design.

The Classic line also has an extremely ergonomic, "D-Shaped" handle that fits great into right and left hands, reducing fatigue.

It's a very quick video of the knife, just to give you an idea of what it looks like and what it is all about.
