Using the griddle we preseasoned the 80/20 ground chuck with a mixture of bbq rub and adobo.
Using vegetable oil on the griddle we piled the onions first and smashed the ground chuck on top of the onions and after the flip we added the cheese.
We made a homemade sauce which included mayo, ketchup, paprika, and garlic powder.
We also toasted the bun on the griddle.
