3-way plate pressout
5* 3 SETS | 10 bent over straight arm lat raise... SQUEEZE your lat and hold at the top
6* BURNOUT | 2 sets of 20 bodyweight back extensions
7* SUPERSET | 10 bent over close grip row into 10 bent over reverse fly
8* 3 SETS | 12 reps
1 and 1/2 bicep curls... pause at the half rep for 3 seconds
