Ingredients
Strawberry-1kg
Sugar-2cups
Salt-
Lemon Juice-1tbsp
Method
Puree washed strawberries and pour this to a big bottomed kadai.
To that add sugar and stir and allow to melt in low flame.
Now increase the flame to medium and allow the jam to thicken.
It will take around 30- 40 minutes.
Then add a pinch of salt ..
When it becomes thick add lemon juice and mix well..
Allow to cool down ..
Then transfer to a sterilized glass bottle and keep in the fridge ..
Enjoy after cooling down.
