Blood in urine after intercourse can be due to many reasons. One of the main reason can be some small tear or vulval tear. The most common cause can be urinary infection, urinary infection or cystitis which ia commonly seen post unhealthy sexual activity. Good liquid intake and appropriate culture test of the urine and antibiotic treatment in case of urinary infection. The other thing to rule out any other vaginal or vulval tear is there. So patient needs examination and need to be seen by the gynaecologist.
