450 g (2 potatoes, weight with peel)
50 g (5 tablespoons) potato starch (can be substituted with regular flour or cornstarch)
0.5 g (0.5 teaspoon) oregano (can be omitted)
2 g (0.5 teaspoon) salt
2 g (1 teaspoon) chili powder (can be replaced with paprika or omit)
15-20 g (2 tablespoons) olive oil (can be replaced with melted butter)
15-20 g (2 tablespoons) grated parmesan cheese (optional)
