This app is fairly old which is why I had to find it elsewhere than Google Play, but IMO it's the best FREE and easiest to use one out there for android phones. There are many similar for other phone types.
For this creative activity you will need: To watch the video on a PC or other device, plus an Android smartphone with Looper app downloaded (Apple may have similar loop apps), internet access, headphones (for when doing the proper recording).
