Spanning over Cuthbert Street in Philadelphia, ContraFuerte, by artist Miguel Antonio Horn, features four aluminum figures on either side of a bridge. WHYY’s arts and culture reporter Peter Crimmins tells the story of this public sculpture that turned a dingy Philadelphia alley into a destination for great art.
