Recipe:
18g coffee (medium grind) to 300g water at 96°C
50g every 30 seconds
-Bloom 50g for 30 seconds
-1st pour 50g (to 100g)
-2nd pour 50g (to 150g)
-3rd pour 50g (to 200g)
-4th pour 50g (to 250g)
-5th pour 50g (to 300g)
Aim for 2:00-2:30 minutes total brew time
