Training abs is so much more than just doing sit ups.
Training abs is so much more than just developing a six pack!
The goal is to get a strong, stable, well balanced and especially well coordinated core to help you train harder, longer and to go further.
Just like cardio core training is not supposed to be fun. You are supposed to get it done regularly to bring the intended results!
Yet, keeping something fun is a great way of making sure you stay consistent with your training.
