Hummus is a dip, spread, or savory dish made from cooked, mashed chickpeas blended with Tahini, lemon juice, and garlic. It can also be found in most grocery stores in North America and Europe. It is also one of my favorite and I am really really excited to show you how to make hummus as the best one that you have ever tasted and make it only in 10 minutes.

When you soak and then'sprouted hummus (chickpeas), you release food enzymes that mitigate the presence of both food phytates and enzyme inhibitors. As a result, the minerals and protein in sprouted hummus are more easily absorbed by your body, and the hummus is also easier to digest.
