Today something happened id never expect to happen: Zenimax changed the drop chance of the Morrowind 6ht House Banner from insanely rare to commonly found with Update 41 patch- but without telling so in the patch notes! The price crashed from 140 to 5 Million on PC EU server within 12 hours in is most likely to be below 1 Million within a week.
