In this video, we dive into Trisomy 21, the most common type of Down Syndrome, and analyze its occurrence at the molecular level. The symptoms, risk factors, diagnoses and treatments are also discussed, but the primary focus is placed on the mechanism of Meiosis and how an error during this process can lead to Trisomy 21.
