These smoked chicken wings on the pellet grill are so easy to make - just prep the wings and smoke them on the grill for about 1.5 hours at 250 degrees F. Then, crank up the heat to about 450 degrees F for about 20 minutes to finish these crispy chicken wings on the grill!

I'll show you a quick tip for getting crispy wings on the smoker... I've tried making wings without doing this baking powder trick, and they definitely don't come out as crispy, so it works.

Finish off the smoked wings with your favorite buffalo or wing sauce for buffalo chicken wings, or leave them naked... these awesome party appetizers are great either way! Enjoy!
