I suggest you watch my video in its entirety first. At the beginning of the frame I showed how I looked without training and with a poor sleep regimen, and after my transformation with constant training and a good sleep regimen with nutrition. After that I showed you the three best exercises at home, for which you don't need resistance bands or dumbbells. Just watch these exercises in full, after which I advise you to stretch and try to repeat after me. If you like this plan (bottom left shows the number of sets - reps - rest time for each exercise), then just do them for thirty days and you will notice a noticeable difference. All three exercises are basic and improve the muscles of the entire upper body & lower body including: shoulders, chest, arms, back, abs, glutes, hips - it's great for beginners and even those just joining the gym
If you're wondering how I eat and sleep, I'll give you some simple and important tips. Eat 3 meals a day, including only complex carbohydrates in your diet, eat the right fats and drink plenty of water. And get at least 8 hours of sleep. This will be quite enough for the first good progress
