This video explains a giant antipattern in many organizations that are adopting SAFe: They are matching SAFe to their org chart instead of creating a second, separate, dual operating system focused on customer value. The result: teams forced to do PI Planning together who don't care about each other. This is usually because they are on different value streams! So why would they plan together?
