How to Make Nama Chocolate
400 grams Dark Chocolate
3 tbsp Butter
1/2 Cup All Purpose Cream
1-2 tbsp Brandy
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
Homemade Nama Chocolate
Procedure:
1. Chop chocolate to tiny pieces.
2. Bring cream and butter to a soft boil.
3. Mix hot cream to chocolate.
4. Add brandy.
5. Freeze for 6 hours.
6. Cut and dust with cocoa powder.
7. Serve and enjoy.
