Charlie was handed into SPCA with an embedded rope in his neck from having been tied up. He received veterinary care and treatment to the injury site and had the rope surgically removed. Charlie loves people despite his ordeal, he is excitable, friendly and enthusiastic. He is recommended as a single pet in his home environment where he can enjoy all the spoils for himself.
