"I’ll set the scene.
I’m sitting in an airplane stuck at the stand in Madrid airport, bound for Montreux via Geneva.
There’s an ominous storm. Thunder and lightning, we cannot take off. I sit in my seat waiting, I am wretched. Torn from the events of the day before, the tears are piercing my skin like icicles. Again, I am at one with the elements only this time my heart has been shattered into a million fractured pieces, never to return to who I was. I started writing words upon words, they poured out of me like a meteor striking the earth. A tale of betrayal. It’s all in the lyrics.”

The video was made using photos taken during recording sessions for the album with Larry Klein, Victor Indrizzo, Tim Pierce & Pete Kuzma in LA. Edited and reimagined by Simon Taylor. The recording diary for "The Fool & The Scorpion".
